Need to make a return?
If you're not satisfied with your order in any way, our team will gladly help to make things right. Just contact us at Support@tinahomedeco.com to apply for a refund. However, please see below for more information on our return policy.
How long is the return window?
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
*Please note that we don't accept returns after the 30 day timeframe. If an item is sent back after the 30 day window, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
1. Damaged or missing parts
If your item is damaged or missing parts, received the wrong item, please provide the listed details and contact our customer service via email: Support@tinahomedeco.com
- Photos of the entire item.
- Photos of the item's defect/damage from different angles.
- Photos of the label on the bottom of the product.
- Photos of the original packaging(If the original packaging is available).
- PO number and a clear description of the damage.
We will reply to your email within 24 business working hours.
2. Receive the wrong items
Received the wrong item: please provide the listed details and contact our customer service via email: Support@tinahomedeco.com
- The entire item (out of the box - please inspect the item even if you suspect it is incorrect based on packaging/naming).
- For the wrong size: a photo of the box that shows the incorrect measurements or a photo of the wrong size showing that it is incorrect.
- Packaging/model number details on the box.
- PO number.

4. Changed your mind and want to return an item?
Changed your mind and want to return an item? you can send most items back within 30 days of receiving your item.
- In its original, undamaged condition, with all original product inserts and accessories, we inspect all returned items.
- Disassembled, if the item(s) were originally delivered disassembled
- Unwashed, all returned products must be in original condition with product tags attached.
- In its original packaging.(Note: If the original packaging is too damaged to be shipped back, you must use a box that’s similar to the original or a box no longer than 108 inches. FedEx/UPS cannot accept shipments over 150lbs)
- Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, such as an item that didn't fit, didn't like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.
- We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.
5. There are a few items that can’t be returned
- 1-Clearance item.
- 2-Bundled items at discounted rates, e.g. “2 for $250” (unless the entire bundle is returned).
6. Return Shipping Fee
Applicable return shipping costs will be deducted from your return. The return shipping costs can vary depending on the location of the return, the size and weight of the item and the selected return method. In addition, any delivery shipping fees or service charges collected on the order will not be refunded. This includes:
Upgraded shipping charges (expedited, express, room of choice, etc.)
Delivery service upgrades (assembly, room of choice)
Note: If an order is returned to us because you refused delivery, we will charge the appropriate return costs and they will be deducted from your refund.
7. How do I return my item(s)?
Send an email to us as required - customer service evaluation -email return label and return shipping fee to the customer - return the product to the Fedex/UPS site (in good condition) - tina’s home inspect returned items - refund.
8. How do I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
We accept order cancellations before the product is produced or shipped. You will get a full refund when your order is canceled. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Changes or Cancellations are not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation from our customer service.

10. Refunds
We’ll initiate your refund when we receive your item(s) at our Return Center. Generally, refunds take 5-7 days but may take up to 2 weeks.
If you haven't received a refund yet, please contact your credit card issuing company and your bank, as they often take additional times to process refunds.
